14‑Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
